The establishment sells its own products, as well as a wide range of locally sourced gourmet artisan products. The dairy has 300 milking goats. The fermentation, curdling, draining, and maturation phases are carried out on the same premises where the shop is located.
One of the star products is the fresh “Txuria” goat’s cheese, based on a recipe and an old family tradition that was thought to have been lost.
They also have other products: "Auntzai" matured raw goat's milk cheese, “Otzara” the so-called “basket cheese” or “amamas cheese”. They are the first producers of ‘Otzara’ cheese in Euskadi using goat's milk. There is another type of "Otzara" cheese, the rind of which is made with wine.
