If you go to Páganos on November 23, San Clemente, you can taste its “modest, yet delicious garlic soup, with clementines for dessert” and on February 3, the day of San Blas -the town’s patron saint-, enjoy the most primitive folk dance of the entire region, the “chulalai” and sample some “hot wine.”
