La Cueva del Castillo by Rubén provedo was born from the restoration of an ancient underground wine cellar located in the historic winery quarter of Labastida/Bastida. A space carved into the rock centuries ago, where wine has naturally found its place once again.
The project is personally led by winemaker Rubén Provedo, after more than 25 years producing wines in Rioja and in different wine regions around the world.
The experience takes place in small groups and combines the history of the cellar, guided tastings and a personal approach to wine focused on origin, authenticity and limited productions.
More than a conventional winery visit, La Cueva del Castillo offers a calm and intimate way to experience wine in a truly unique setting with its own identity.
