Here at the MICE Department of the Rioja Alavesa Wine Route we perform two different but complementary functions. On the one hand, we offer consulting services and technical support for the planning of activities and, on the other hand, we organize and promote your meetings.

We will also advise you on the preparation of the program of activities, both cultural and leisure, as well as those related to oenology and visits to wineries or trips both inside and outside the region.

We will provide you with the documentation and technical information you require. We help you design your program; provide you with any maps and brochures with information for participants that you may need. We also offer advisory and protocol services for the presentation of candidacies or institutional support letters for holding events. We also facilitate contacts with companies in the region that provide the services most suited to the needs of the group. We can assist at the reception and official welcoming of the guests to the event and with any multilingual tourist information which is required about the area.
