The person running the winery, founded in 1948, is Ana, now the third generation of the family. She carries out the hard but rewarding work of producing, making and marketing their wines from grapes grown on their 50 hectares of vineyards. According to her, their orientation, the local clay-loam soil and the microclimate of the area guarantee the quality of her crops for her customers.

In the elaboration of its wines, this winery uses in its entirety the exclusive grape variety called Tempranillo and Malvasía with Viura for whites.

Gómez de Segura is a winery with marked family customs that has learned how to combine the proper techniques for the elaboration of its wines. Taking special care when pressing the grapes and using the traditional system of carbonic maceration it has achieved a wine with the intense nuances of colour and the desired aromas.
