Luberri Monje Amestoy is an Alava wine cellar through and though. Its different vineyards face the midday sun and are cared for like a private garden, nestling between the Sierra Cantabria, Sierra de Toloño and the Ebro River.
These 32 hectares are Florentino's pride and joy, his true treasure. Not in vain does the living essence of his wines lie in them.
Tempranillo (90%), Viura (5%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (5%) - three varieties divided up into many small estates that are home to stocks ranging from those that are barely 15 years old to others that are over seventy years old.
