This winery is built over six underground stone masonry cellars dating from the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries. They house our Ethnographic Museum, the Chapel presided over by the "Virgen de la Plaza" (Virgin Mary), our oldest cellar dating from 1400, our special tasting room where you can enjoy a wonderful view of a never-ending underground vineyard and finally, the "tunnel of the senses" which consists of 5 ancient tanks and 4 fermentation vats that have been restored and where visitors can see the colours of wine, experiment with the aromas, learn about ideal temperatures...
