In the Casado Morales winery, the most modern wine making techniques are placed at the service of quality in order to extract the maximum potential from the grapes harvested in its own vineyards. This allows the winery to offer the maximum guarantees to ensure that its wines are produced under ideal conditions and with the qualities indicative of great wines.
Visitors are given the chance to discover every stage of the wine making process. They can also visit the winery's own sacristy, which is a private club where anyone who wishes to can "play at being a wine maker". After ageing in one of the bottle cellars, the wine chosen during the wine tasting session is labelled with the customer's name.
