Bodegas Mitarte
Offers two totally different areas: on one hand, the old medieval winery (from the thirteenth century) and, on the other hand, the modern winery, featuring state-of-the-art facilities. It also has rooms reserved for tasting sessions.
The winery has 40 hectares of vineyards that are carefully overseen by Santiago, the chairman and founder of the winery. The grapes are harvested by hand over a period of 25 days and once in the winery, they are processes with great care, combining tradition and new technologies.
